Wanted to get back into kickboxing as well as get into shape and could not have asked for a better coach. From the knowledge to the ability to personalize a gym routine which works for you, Vahid is the best I’ve trained with! If you’re thinking about taking a few lessons I really recommend

Vahid is a great teacher! Since day one he focused on teaching me technique, and I like it that he call my attention every time I do the wrong moves. The way he teaches to improve technique is why I decided to stay in his school. ☺️

Incredible beginners kickboxing session. Vahid is incredibly high energy and his enthusiasm is infectious. Great workout and learned 4 moves, with loads of 1-1 coaching to perfect technique during the warm up and the moves themselves. Best kickboxing training in Milan!

I contacted SHARPHIN STUDIO because I was looking for a boxing club/training studio. Since the first moment I texted their whatsapp, Vahid, the trainer and owner was super nice with me. I went for a trail session and absolutely loved the place. Everyone is super welcoming, language is not an issue (if you don’t know Italian there is always english). Even though I am not taking the personal class but the mini group classes - this are still very personalized. Vahid likes teaching technique and makes sure every exercise is done right.I highly recommend the place if you want a nice place to do boxing/ kickboxing. Haven’t done other clases but they look fun as well. You will love the place!Additional to the training which is AMAZING, the studio has a great location, it is super central in Milano and if your home is not that close there is a bathroom with shower and everything very well equipped.
